The early years |
In the latter part of 1952 I made a decision - with the support of my wife - to change my occupation. It was because of my training and experience in this area that I turned to the medical equipment field. In 1953, I became a businessman, selling medical, optical and scientific instruments from a small room in Clarence Street, Sydney. My aim was to bring to the professionals in medicine high quality instruments and equipment: new, innovative products that would be useful to them in their work. |
It was important to me then, as it is now, that I and my company should act with integrity at all times. Forty years later, I feel I have achieved my original aims. Those years of co-operation with surgeons and hospital staff have brought us to the position we now hold. We are the only Australian owned, family run company, operating in five mainland States supplying equipment to surgeons, interventional radiologists and cardiovascular surgeons. |
