In 2007 after almost 50 years of co-operation between the Storz family and the Stenning family has culminated in the acquisition by Karl Storz of the Endoscopy Division of N. Stenning & Co.

N. Stenning & Co continues to sell its broad range of products from its Surgical, Interventional and Capital divisions.
